Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use this information to offer our services to your firm: to decide which firms to contact, to prepare a free demo homepage and AI visibility assessment, and to email you about them. This is business-to-business marketing.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: our interest in offering relevant services to businesses, balanced against your rights. We have written a legitimate interests assessment and keep it on file. You can ask us for a summary.
Who we email
We only send marketing emails to limited companies and limited liability partnerships, at business email addresses. We do not cold email sole traders or ordinary partnerships. Every email names Wealth Flows, gives our address, and includes an easy way to opt out.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who process it for us under contract (processors):
- our email sending provider, which sends our emails and records replies and opt-outs
- our website hosting provider, which hosts this site and our private demo pages
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK's approved contract terms for international transfers.
How long we keep it
- Demo homepages are deleted after seven days if we do not hear back from you.
- Other information about you and your firm is deleted after 12 months if you have not engaged with us.
- If you ask us not to contact you, we keep your email address on a suppression list permanently. We keep only what we need to make sure we never contact you again.
How to opt out
Reply to any of our emails asking us to stop, use the opt-out link in the email, or email matt@wealthflows.co.uk. We stop straight away.
If you visit this website
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we ever add analytics, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and working.
If you email us or send an enquiry, we use your details to reply and to provide the service you ask about. We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the information we hold about you
- rectification: ask us to correct it
- erasure: ask us to delete it
- restriction: ask us to limit how we use it
- object to how we use it. Your right to object to direct marketing is absolute: if you object, we stop immediately.
